Start Service Process 
Step 1 Care Evaluation
Following your inquiry call, Amada arranges an appointment at the client's residence. The initial meeting will identify the needs and requirements of the client and service arrangement.
Step 2 Service Agreement
Amada’s agreement is signed only after the client and other involved parties have received and thoroughly understand the service agreement and rates.
Step 3 Caregiver Selection
Once the written Wellness Plan and Amada service agreement are signed, the task of assigning a caregiver begins. We will assign the most suitable caregiver.
Step 4 Custom Care Quality Assurance
To ensure the best on-going care for your loved one, Amada’s Registered Nurse supervisor makes scheduled and unscheduled visits to the client’s home while the caregiver is present to evaluate the following:
- Quality level of assistance and support being provided.
- Adaptation of clients needs.
- Relationship and rapport between caregiver and the client.
